Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to assess client needs, propose relevant cybersecurity solutions, and ensure technical feasibility.

• Serve as the technical advisor during pre-sales engagements for cybersecurity solutions

• Conduct product demos, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions

• Translate customer needs into tailored  cybersecurity architectures

• Present and explain the solutions and products that the company is carrying

• Work with stakeholders for RFPs/RFIs and technical documentation

• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices in the market.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, partners, and vendors

Requirements

• Education:
  Degree, Diploma, or Higher Nitec in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Communication and Presentation Skills:
  Strong communication abilities to articulate technical information to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
  

• Team Collaboration:
  Ability to work with sales and technical teams to support client needs.
  

• Experience:
  3-4 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
  

• Technical Knowledge:
  In-depth understanding of cybersecurity technologies and best practices, including experience with network monitoring, asset management, endpoint protection, cloud security, multi factor authentication, privileged access management etc. Familiar with industry cybersecurity frameworks.
  

• Solution Design:
  Proven experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients.
  

• Client-Facing Experience:
  Demonstrated success in engaging with clients and supporting complex sales cycles through technical consultation and product demonstration.

• Personality

  Able to solve technical problems. Enjoy meeting and engaging with technical or non technical stakeholders.
