Interior Project Engineer - #1104120

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, designers, consultants and subcontractors

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge.

• Placing order for projects

• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover

• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing

• Attend site and coordination meeting

• Ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Construction, or a related field

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in renovation project management

• Candidates without any relevant working experience but willing to learn are encouraged to apply

• Excellent understanding of renovation workflows, planning, and cost management

• Possess strong problem-solving abilities

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
