Senior Accounts Executive (Perm)

Job Responsibilities

Full-Set Accounting & Month-End Close

• Manage the entire accounting cycle — from journal entries, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations to monthly closing for regional entities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with local regulations and group requirements

Financial Compliance & Tax

• Prepare GST, VAT, and corporate tax filings in collaboration with tax agents

• Support external and internal audits, including full audit schedule preparation and query handling

Group Reporting & Analysis

• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

• Coordinate across borders with local finance teams, outsourced providers, and HQ leadership

Requirements

• ACCA Level 3 (completed) or equivalent certification

• Min. 4 years of accounting experience with proven full-set accounts ownership

• Experience working across multi-entity environments preferred

• Audit background and NetSuite experience are a plus

• Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
