Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead sales for Naval Systems and MRO Services. The role involves growing sales, finding new business opportunities, and building strong relationships in the Defence and Public Security sectors. The ideal candidate has experience in technical sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and a good understanding of naval and defence systems.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share in the naval systems and MRO services sectors

  • Identify and assess emerging market opportunities and customer needs

  • Engage in meetings/ networking with external business partners/ suppliers/ clients to gain insights to their needs and expectations to aid in business development

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including government agencies, defense equipment suppliers and key stakeholders

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and potential areas for growth

  • Provide insights and feedback to management to ensure offerings meet market demands

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities with regular reporting to management

  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with relevant information and conduct presentations or demos to showcase capabilities and solutions

  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Business Admin, Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years relevant local or international working experience with sales management and business development within naval systems, defense or MRO industries

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customers’ relations

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Singaporean only
