Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department

• Review and update training programs within the department

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary trainers to compile training materials and manage competency-based training initiatives.

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of administrative staff

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration or related field

• At least 3-5 years of experience in rehabilitation services

• Good understanding of rehabilitation services

• Strong communication and organization skills
