Key responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates and work specifications

• Manage pre- and post- contract administration for all works

• Monitor project budgets and ensure timely progress payments

• Ensure accurate cash flow planning and track claims/payments

• Support with any ad-hoc project coordination tasks as assigned
