Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on IT leader to head Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) function. This role is responsible for delivering seamless, secure, and resilient IT services across the enterprise. You will lead modernization initiatives, drive cloud adoption, strengthen cybersecurity posture, and manage key vendors and service partners—ensuring alignment with our client's business goals and evolving technology landscape.
Lead infrastructure modernization efforts, including cloud migration (Azure/AWS), hybrid environments, and SDN implementation.
Establish and enforce governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001) for secure and consistent operations.
Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
Oversee core IT service management processes (ITIL v4) including Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management.
Drive operational excellence through AIOps, observability platforms, and SLA/KPI-based dashboards.
Manage hybrid infrastructure (SD-WAN, VPN, next-gen firewalls, Wi-Fi 6).
Maintain enterprise systems: on-prem/cloud servers, databases, middleware, and core applications.
Promote infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation for deployment efficiency and agility.
Lead security operations initiatives such as Zero Trust Architecture, EDR/XDR, MDR services, MFA, and PAM.
Conduct annual VAPT, threat modeling, and red/blue team exercises.
Maintain high standards for DR/BCP compliance and run regular simulation drills.
Oversee outsourced service providers to ensure delivery against SLAs and strategic objectives.
Manage procurement, licensing, hardware/software lifecycle, and cloud cost optimization.
Monitor and optimize compute, storage, and network resource utilization.
Lead major infrastructure and transformation projects (e.g. data center consolidation, cloud transition).
Collaborate across business units to ensure IT services align with corporate priorities.
Provide executive-level reporting and contribute to IT strategy development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
ITIL v4 Certified.
Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience in infrastructure, operations, or network engineering.
Proven success in delivering complex on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-native infrastructure solutions.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001).
Experience in governance, audit readiness, and enterprise architecture is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator).
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent are advantageous.
