Responsibilities
Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to food safety protocols and GMP requirements
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for food safety deviations
Drive continuous improvement projects related to hygiene, sanitation, and contamination control
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments within production areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on validation, documentation, and process improvements
Ensure readiness for internal and external audits related to food safety compliance
Requirements
Degree in Food Science, Chemical/Process Engineering, or relevant discipline
At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in food, pharmaceutical, or healthcare manufacturing
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or other food safety standards is essential
