What you will be working on?
- Assist in the recruitment, management, and deployment of volunteers.
- Support the development and execution of Emergency Preparedness (EP) plans, training programs, and initiatives.
- Strengthen community engagement through EP outreach and collaboration with corporate partners.
- Work with grassroots leaders to promote EP programs and enhance the community's emergency response capabilities.
- Provide guidance on EP program implementation and offer administrative support, including the preparation of reports.
- Assist with Marketing, Procurement, and Finance matters.
- Manage marketing communications across social and mainstream media platforms.
- Support the division's budget and finance reporting.
What are we looking for?
- Singaporean only
- Minimum Degree in Business Management or relevant discipline.
- Good communication and writing skills.
