Job Scope

Visual Merchandising & Brand Storytelling

• Execute VM strategies that blend global branding with local market preferences

• Create eye-catching window and in-store displays that spotlight innovative product features

• Adjust store layouts based on performance data, shopper flow, and behavioral trends

• Support product launches, seasonal changes, and global brand campaigns within a unique airport retail setting

Retail Excellence & Store Experience

• Maintain a visually stunning retail environment that meets premium brand standards

• Ensure consistent application of global visual guidelines across the store

• Train and guide retail staff in upholding VM standards and caring for displays

• Adjust visual displays in response to sales peaks, campaigns, and new product arrivals

• Support additional store-related duties as needed

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Arts, or Retail Management preferred

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in visual merchandising, ideally in sportswear or premium retail

• Strong grasp of retail space planning and customer journey optimization

• Able to localize global guidelines for an international, high-footfall audience

• Background working with performance apparel or technical products is a plus
