• Working days & time: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software systems to ensure proper functionality.

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, assisting end-users with troubleshooting and resolving problems.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of systems and tools.

• Perform on-site and in-house troubleshooting as needed.

• Configure and maintain computer networks.

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
