Solution Architect - ServiceNow - #1103815

This is a permanent position with our client, a company dedicated to delivering ServiceNow best practices, methods, and tools. As a global strategic partner of ServiceNow, they specialize in implementing state-of-the-art solutions for medium and large organizations across industries. Their mission is to enable digital transformation through scalable, high-impact ServiceNow implementations.

The Solution Architect plays a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes. This hybrid position blends technical leadership with business consultancy, serving as both a Solution Architect and Business Subject Matter Expert throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients
• Own the end-to-end technical and business design throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct solution design reviews and ensure data quality standards
• Collaborate with client stakeholders during pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation phases
• Contribute to RFPs and proposals by providing technology architecture and solution content
• Audit existing client implementations and provide strategic improvement recommendations

Required Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in IT, customer support, or related technical environments
• 3+ years' experience delivering ServiceNow solutions as a Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and modern web-based technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices, with 1+ year aligning implementations to ITIL frameworks
• Availability to travel within the ASEAN region
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to engage with senior stakeholders
