• Working Location: Sungei Kadut (moving to Tuas) – company bus provided

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)

• Salary range: $3300 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of new test protocols and procedures, support the execution of laboratory tests, ensuring accurate and reliable results and collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to optimize testing methodologies

• Conduct tests under controlled conditions and document findings and record and analyze test data, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze data and generate reports and present findings to senior engineers, offering insights and potential improvements

• Ensure all testing activities are conducted in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning correctly and contribute to the development of best practices to improve testing efficiency and accuracy

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams, to ensure testing aligns with development goals Able to communicate progress and results to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner and participate in team meetings and provide updates on test status and development progress

• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all test procedures, results, and reports, prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations based on test outcomes and must assist in the preparation of regulatory documentation when needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or Materials Science or related field

• Candidates without experience welcome to apply as training will be provided

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (eg, ISO, ASTM) or have relevant hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrometers, or similar
