Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for retail restaurants (including POS systems)
Provide IT related support to all internal stakeholders (including support via phone or remote assistance) to resolve all hardware and software issues
Plan and update marketing promotions and components for self-ordering systems
Working closely with Marketing/IT department and responsible for projects that are related to system automation (self-ordering system)
Manage on-site IT matters
Prepare activity reports
Attend to other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by direct Supervisor
Network infrastructure planning
New Device Setup SOP documentation
Equipment planning and purchase
Data protection
Job deployment and manpower schedule
Project schedule
System error and data recovery
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT)
Basic networking knowledge and provides helpdesk support
Requires domestic traveling to provide support for restaurants island-wide
Other Requirements/ qualities such as personality traits or skills required for the job:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of HTML would be an advantage
Experience in troubleshooting software
Prior experience in a retail environment would be an added advantage
Knowledge of Point Of Sales would added advantage
