Are you customer-oriented and detail-driven? Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in planning delivery routes, overseeing daily operations, and managing driver performance for B2B transport services.

Key Responsibilities

Route Planning & Optimization

• Plan and optimize efficient delivery routes for B2B deliveries

• Use transport management systems (TMS) to assign and track delivery schedules

• Reduce transportation costs while ensuring timely delivery

Delivery & Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, ensuring customer requirements are met

• Monitor driver performance and manage delivery exceptions

• Maintain clear communication with clients on delivery issues

Driver Supervision

• Guide and support drivers on procedures and safety standards

• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for each delivery

• Address driver concerns and manage performance

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and ensure maintenance is up to standard

• Promote a strong safety culture among all transport staff

Performance Tracking

• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery rates, route efficiency, and driver productivity

• Identify gaps and propose improvements to streamline delivery operations

Requirements

• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills

• Proficient in basic Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

• Prior experience in transport/logistics operations is preferred

• Able to commit to a 6-month contract
