IT Admin Executive - #1103739

Job Description

1. Installing and configuring of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

2. Monitoring, maintaining and securing computer systems and networks.

3. Updating and maintaining the software library and hardware inventory (IT Inventory Management) as well as documentation.

4. Responding in a timely manner to service users’ queries, IT issues and requests.

5. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

6. Setting up accounts, rights access and device on-boarding for new users.

7. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, including liaising with OEMs, vendors and / or suppliers.

8. Supporting and testing of new technology.

9. Handling, maintaining and providing administrative support in overall office management and company administration.

10. Any other job assigned.
    

Job Requirement

·       Nitec / Diploma / Degree in IT or Computer Science or relevant fields

·       Familiar with networks, servers, storage, and backup systems

·       Hands-on experience with setting up of Windows and email systems.

·       Able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

· Problem-solving skills and able to multitask

·       Good interpersonal skills
