Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare invoices for clients and suppliers
• Assist with purchase orders and track purchases
• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) for business trips
• Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide necessary information
• Manage procurement of drone spare parts (suppliers, quotes, orders)
• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, document management)
• Provide support to other administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently
