• Troubleshooting PC and Network related problems

• Ensure Backups are successful and properly done

• Provide Recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements

• Carry out Preventive Work on PCs, Servers and Firewalls

• Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams

• Attend to client's request for IT Products

Period:

• Permanent

Salary:

• Up to $3500 + PB + $400 wellness benefits
   

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri; 9am – 6pm, Alternate Saturday, 9am – 1pm 

Location:

• Bedok

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience in Network Devices, Firewalls, VPN and Wireless technology

• Basic understanding of Windows Server administration, AD and Group Policy Management

• Reliable, dedicated to building a strong and good infrastructure for clients

• Responsible, accountable and service oriented mindset

• Able to meet tight deadlines

• Prepared to work during weekends during project implementation and system maintenance
