Our client is seeking an Interior Sales & Site Assistant to Director to join their team!

Are you passionate about interior design and looking for a role that combines sales, project management, and hands-on experience in HDB renovation and carpentry? This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work closely with the Director, supporting both sales and project execution in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing?

• Drive sales growth: Handle HDB renovation and carpentry sales inquiries, preparing and presenting basic quotations and proposals to clients.

• Coordinate project execution: Assist in site supervision, coordinate daily activities, and maintain communication between clients and the internal team throughout projects.

• Support material selection: Prepare sample boards for client presentations and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and the internal carpentry workshop.

• Interpret technical plans: Understand AutoCAD plans and communicate changes effectively (3D skills not required).

• Assist the Director: Provide support in administrative tasks, coordination, and planning to ensure smooth operations.

Who are they looking for?

• Design or architecture background: Candidates with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field are encouraged to apply.

• HDB renovation experience: Prior experience in HDB renovation and carpentry works is preferred but not essential.

• AutoCAD proficiency: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, including the ability to read and interpret plans, is required.

• Proactive problem-solver: We're seeking hands-on, reliable, and proactive individuals with strong follow-through abilities.

• Flexible and mobile: Willingness to travel for site meetings and coordination work is important for this role.
