Position Summary:
The Senior HR Operations Executive will support the Regional HR Department working with the Senior Director, HR & Admin, APAC & ME, directly for key HR operations responsibilities. This is an operations role that will support HR Ops and payroll functions.
General Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing (LinkedIn sourcing etc )
Putting up Job advertisement on boiler template (under D&I)
Dispatching of onboarding package, and collection, register employee into the HRIS System (Ask Athena)
Interview scheduling
Employment Contract Generation
Submission of recruitment agencies related invoices
Filing of documents into personnel-files
Use and generation of docu-ware, e-sign
Assist with document development and distribution
Support on Work force reporting, planning, basic analytics, MOM reporting
Preparation & update of SBPL Org chart,
Support HR Ops manager, upkeep of SBPL Employee Handbook / Policies
Strong Excel, word & PowerPoint for collation & consolidation of regional reports
Support HR & Company events, Wellness Programs & activities as and when required
Assist in processing payroll monthly
Any others - support HR & Admin Team on projects / Tactical HRBP efforts where necessary
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations
Mobility/Travel
No travel required
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with HR systems, preferably Oracle and EasyPay
Language
Fluent in English

Strong team player with a cheerful and pleasant personality
Able to multitask and work hands-on with attention to detail
Maintains strict confidentiality of data
Energetic, proactive, and possesses a strong sense of urgency
