Job Description

We are looking for a committed Process Technician to join a leading global healthcare manufacturing plant based in Singapore. You will be part of the operations team ensuring high product quality, equipment efficiency, and compliance with GMP standards in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and GMP

• Conduct in-process checks, log data, and ensure process accuracy

• Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover tasks

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and coordinating with maintenance teams

• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports

• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards during all operations

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Process, or related fields

• 1–3 years of experience in GMP, medical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing preferred

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night)

• Team player with attention to detail and sense of accountability

• Knowledge of GMP or ISO practices is an advantage
