Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing supply chain operations to ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the organization’s efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations
Plan, manage, and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Inventory Management
Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Develop and implement strategies for optimal inventory control and stock rotation.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
Logistics and Distribution
Oversee and manage shipping schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
Resolve any transportation or logistics issues to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Evaluate and negotiate with logistics providers for cost-effective solutions.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure compliance with local regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all supply chain activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
Familiarity with international trade and customs procedures is a plus.
Proficient in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of Singapore’s trade and logistics regulations is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
