What you need to do

• Support the entire sales cycle for the SEA region and assist in executing sales strategies

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking

• Assist in managing and growing relationships with B2B clients by providing excellent customer service

• Join client meetings to understand their needs and help prepare business proposals and quotations

• Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to meet potential clients

• Regularly update the CRM system with accurate information on sales activities and customer interactions

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics and supply chain management, marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in sales support or business development; a solid understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL is essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct sales presentations

• Good numerical sense and an analytical mindset to understand sales data and market trends

• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required
