Assistant Store Manager (Beauty / Skincare!) - #1103578

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience aligned with brand standards.

• Provide training and coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service excellence.

• Manage daily store operations, staffing, inventory control, and cash handling.

• Analyze sales reports, identify business opportunities, and implement action plans to drive performance.

• Handle customer issues, complaints, and after-sales service professionally and effectively.

Requirements:

• 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Singaporean only

Working hours: 5.5 days work week/ 44 hours including both weekends and public holidays
