Job Description & Requirements
Manage new and existing clients.
Respond to daily customer services duties
Manage clients' booking with airlines or coloaders
Manage clients' logistics request and needs
Input shipment detail and job costing into the freight systems
Check costing and accept or dispute any vendors billing not in line with quotation.
Maintain good customer service relationship with local and oversea clients/agents, airlines representatives and coloaders.
Other duties as may be delegated by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years' of related work experience.
Good understanding of airlines or coloaders
Experiences with shipping procedures.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Self-motivated.
Customer oriented
High endurance
Able to work under pressure
Certificate with Transport Logistics or DGR will be added advantage.
