The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a leading company in the leasing and distribution of commercial and industrial vehicles. We are looking for an Inventory Managment (Fleet Management, Leasing) to join the team!

We are seeking a candidate with experience in the commercial vehicle industry who has supported either spare parts management or the inventory control department. This role will involve participation in forecasting, analyzing, and replenishing stock planning.

• Permanent, full time employment
• Location: North region, Senoko Road
• Transport provided: Admiralty and Sembawang
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: up to $4200 basic + Bonus

The Job

• Understand and manage stock forecasting and replenishment, including safety and working stock levels, to balance inventory.
• Analyze stock and purchase order data to optimize allocation.
• Collaborate with internal "Users" and "Parts Store" to improve demand and supply processes.
• Create and analyze reports for demand, forecast, and supply, then make recommendations.
• Efficiently manage stock orders and allocation, keeping "Parts Stores" inventory healthy and meeting KPIs.
• Coordinate smoothly with external parties like forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouses.
• Support daily coordination with the Operations Team and Warehouse.
• Ensure all tasks follow company safety and housekeeping rules.

The Talent

• Minimum Diploma holder
• At least 3 years of experience handing commercial vehicle spare parts management or inventory control in the automotive industry
• Proven track record in managing spares, procurement processes and vendor relations.
