What This Role is About
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s equal parts go-getter, strategic thinker, and creative collaborator.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. You’ll actively seek out new business opportunities, pitch creative ideas, build client relationships, and play a key role in turning campaign dreams into real-world productions.
If you thrive on momentum, believe in starting conversations that matter, and love being part of a high-functioning creative team — this role is for you.

Maintain and update client CRM records, track communications, and keep tabs on lead pipelines

You Should Be Someone Who
Has 1–3 years of experience in media, production, advertising, or a related creative field

Handles rejection maturely and views “no” as a chance to learn and bounce back stronger
Communicates well in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Thrives in collaborative environments and takes initiative to move projects forward
Presents yourself professionally and confidently — in both client meetings and on production sites
Knows how to manage time, track tasks, and keep documentation tidy and clear
Has hands-on experience operating mirrorless or DSLR cameras and assisting on set
Can edit short videos with finesse and a strong sense of storytelling
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)
Graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
Motion graphics or simple animation skills (After Effects, Canva, etc.)
Why This Role Matters
Every great project starts with a spark — a message, a pitch, a bold conversation. You’ll be the one creating that spark, keeping the energy alive, and seeing it through all the way to the wrap party. You’re not just selling services — you’re bringing stories to life.
