Job Scope:

• Lead 2 production supervisors and around 20 engineers.

• Manage daily production activities like wiring, assembling, and testing of electrical switchgear.

• Ensure production meets delivery deadlines.

• Monitor and improve daily production workflow.

• Assign tasks and make sure staff work together effectively.

• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide training.

• Ensure products meet industry standards (ISO, IEC, ANSI) and customer requirements.

• Handle quality checks and fix any issues found.

• Ensure safety and environmental rules are followed in the workplace.

• Control product quality and manage department budget and resources.

• Track and control stock levels of materials and finished products.

• Use Lean Manufacturing methods to improve productivity and workflow.

• Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Sales teams.

• Report production performance and improvements to senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial/Power Engineering, or any related field.

• Relevant experience in electrical equipment manufacturing, with strong exposure to switchgear production.

• With min 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within operations or production.

• Strong knowledge of switchgear design, manufacturing processes, and testing procedures.

• Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI

• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices

• Good in leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.

• Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration and reporting.
