Kitchen Assistant / Food Packer (Central Kitchen – Frozen Ready-to-Eat Meals) - #1103517

We are hiring a hardworking and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant / Food Packer to join our central kitchen team producing frozen ready-to-eat meals. You will assist in food preparation, cooking, packing and kitchen maintenance to ensure smooth operations, food safety, and high-quality output for our retail and food service partners.

Work Environment:

• Woodlands

• Air-conditioned Central Kitchen (Non-Halal)

• Non-customer facing

• Fast-paced

Hours / Rates:

• Weekdays (Mon – Fri)

• (Kitchen Assistant) $14/hr, preferred 6am – 3pm (negotiable)

• (Food Packer) $12/hr, preferred 8am – 5pm (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities (Kitchen Assistant):

• Preparation of raw meat and vegetables (e.g. thawing, marinating, cutting)

• Batch cooking according to recipe

• Operate basic equipment (e.g. blast freezer, vacuum pack machine, sealing machine, automatic dispensing machine – we will teach you)

• General cleaning and housekeeping duties

Key Responsibilities (Food Packer)

• Portion and pack cooked food

• Operate basic equipment with guidance (e.g. tray sealers, vacuum machines – we will teach you)

• Accurately pack customers’ orders

• General cleaning and housekeeping duties

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, lifting (load up to 6kg), and repetitive tasks

• Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.

• F&B experience not required, looking for candidates who are fast with a good attitude

• Priority given to candidates who can commit long term

• 1-month probation (need to take Food Hygiene certification)

• Must have full working rights in Singapore
