Electrical Engineer x 4
5 days, 8am- 5.45pm
Salary: $3000 -$4000
Working location: Islandwide based on the projects (Office at Woodlands) - will station in 1 location only
Job scope:
Assist the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resources.
Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project success.
Review project plans, specifications, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
Monitor project progress and make adjustment as necessary
Communicate project status to Project Manager
Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide technical support to project team members
Ensure quality control and quality assurance for all project deliverables
Attend project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in electrical works in construction projects, with strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
Project Manager
5 days, 8am- 5.45pm
Salary: $5000 -$6000
Location: Project site (East area) & Office (Woodlands)
Job scopes:
Manage the day-to-day project activities, resources and meet up regularly with project engineers, site supervisors and workers.
Plan and schedule for materials, sub-contractor, manpower to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.
Coordinate internal resources and sub-contractor/vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
Well-versed in project works procedures and methodologies and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers.
Take an ownership mindset and work cost-effectively and diligently.
Maintain good communication with all staff and workers
Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Min Diploma/ Degree in Electrical engineering
At least 2–4 years of project management experience in electrical works for construction projects
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
Experience in managing and supervising construction team
