About the role

Goldlion Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd, a leading retailer in the North-East region, is seeking a talented E-commerce Executive to join its dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in our Tai Seng office. As the E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online sales and expanding our digital presence.

What you'll be doing

Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platform and online store

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, and email campaigns

Analyse and interpret website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging, conversion-driven content for the online store and digital channels

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing

Assist with the management of third-party vendors and service providers

Contribute to the overall digital strategy and roadmap for the company

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, and email marketing

Proficiency in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and report on website performance

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems

Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the e-commerce and digital marketing space
