Our Client is a Singapore headquartered company focusing on investment, development, and management of real estate across the Asia-Pacific region.

Assistant Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

• Handle day-to-day recording of supplier invoices & Staff claims

• Handle day-to-day recording of project expenses

• Coordinate with the project team on cost/expense-related matters

• Payment of suppliers and staff

• Updating various payment reports

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling AP/AR

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience in SAP S4 Hana FICO/Rise is advantageous

• Proactive and meticulous

• Able to multitask and work under pressure

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Salary: S$3,300 to S$3,800

• VB
