Key responsibilities of the role includes:

Lead installation, commissioning, inspection, and servicing of PLC-controlled marine equipment worldwide, onshore and offshore.
Lead troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, sensors, VFDs, and control networks by providing remote support to service engineers or be on-site if necessary.
Performing scheduled and unscheduled service interventions worldwide both onshore and offshore
Mentor junior engineers and service technicians in PLC diagnostics and safe electrical work
Plan and prepare service interventions
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Hands-on PLC and HMI programming experience (Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Schneider)
Marine/offshore experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills; excellent communication
Willingness to travel and work offshore as required
