Job Description:
1.Staff onboarding and off boardings Staff recruitment, familiar with staff recruitment processes
2.Staff Payroll and Leave Management
3.lay the role of labor officer to liaise with Projects and office employees
4.Consolidate and prepare various survey data (MOM/ IDA/ JCCI etc)Handle payroll-related government claims (NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ Childcare Leave)
5.Staff Training administrations
6.Work passes applications, renewal, and cancellations.Leave administrations...etc
7.Liaise with regulatory authorities on HR matters relating to staff including issues regarding insurance,tax clearance, work passes etc
8.Admin/secretarial support for office
Requirement:
• At least 1 year of HR working experience in construction industry
• Excellent communication skills to liaise well with stakeholders of all levels (including senior leaders)
• Strong HR business partnering experience
• Able to communicate both in English and Mandarin fluently
