Job Responsibilities

• Manage golf slot bookings for both individual and corporate members.

• Reconcile daily transactions, ensuring all discrepancies are identified, corrected, and properly recorded by the end of each shift.

• Support Golf Executives in overseeing the smooth operation of golf activities, including tournaments and events.

• Oversee the opening and closing of the golf course during adverse weather conditions, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

• Handle golfer registration, issue course tickets, and accurately input scorecard data.

• Provide accurate information to members and guests, and ensure key announcements are clearly displayed on the notice board.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N” Level

• Customer service oriented

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
