Job Highlights:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing sales and marketing efforts in Singapore. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to sales-driven activities, assist in launching new outlets and events, and support day-to-day operations.

Salary: up to $4,000 per month

Job Descriptions:

● Sales & Event Support - Assist in the execution of strategic sales initiatives and coordinate logistics for new outlet launches, promotional events, and retail activations.

● Marketing Coordination - Prepare and manage marketing collaterals; liaise with internal design and branding teams to ensure timely and high-quality output.

● Digital & Social Media Content - Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms (SNS), ensuring consistent messaging and visual alignment.

● Sales Operations Support - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, documentation, and client communications.

● Reporting & Analysis - Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; track key metrics to support business decisions and performance reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field

• 1–3 years' experience in sales or marketing support, preferably in B2B or retail

• Proficient in Canva, Mailchimp, social media tools, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail
