Presales Engineer (Audio Visual) - #1102974

• Basic salary up $5000 + VB

• East area

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead presales demos and follow up on leads.

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and concerns.

• Prepare sales presentations and quotations.

• Manage customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams.

• Participate in meetings, conferences, and business networking events.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to negotiate pricing.

• Collaborate with management on project procurement and planning.

• Draw and review schematic drawings for AV projects.

• Assist in the procurement and setup of AV hardware/software.

• Manage timelines, installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades on-site.

• Provide support during and after project implementation, including technical support and training.

• Ensure all equipment is tested, configured, and delivered on schedule.

• Assist with other company projects as needed.

• Perform additional relevant tasks as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Diploma in AV Technology, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in AV technologies.

• Proficiency in video conferencing, broadcasting systems, and AV signal flow.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Familiarity with the latest AV trends and equipment.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.Proficient in SAP
