Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

* Maintain and update employee records, employment contracts, and HR policies in compliance with regulatory standards.

* Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and capability building.

* Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions.

* Act as a strategic HR partner to the leadership team, offering insights and guidance to support business growth.

* Manage the application and renewal of organizational certifications (e.g., BCA, ISO, GGBS).

* Supervise office administrative functions, including procurement, facilities management, and IT support.

* Ensure effective communication and information flow across departments to support operational efficiency.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the construction industry.

* Proven experience handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, certification management, office administration, and work pass applications.

* Willing to work 5.5 days per week during the probation period, transitioning to a 5-day work week upon confirmation.
