Job Description:
➤Identify and prospect new business/clients via sales/cold-calling and sales activities.
➤Generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
➤Responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.
➤Attend to customers feedback/ complaints and follow up with high-quality after sales services.
➤Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems, or issues are deal with appropriately.
Requirements:
➤Min. 2 years of experiences across freight forwarding industry (experience in Sales / Business Development will be considered with priority).
➤Experience in Healthcare, Semiconductor, Hi-Tech, Chemical, FMCG/Consumer market will be considered with priority.
➤Sufficient knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
➤Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target.
➤Strong business development skill with proven track record in hunting of new accounts.
➤Proper reporting in timely manner about sales activity
