Job Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers for equipment, parts, and services
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines
Process and follow up on purchase orders
Collaborate with internal teams on procurement requirements
Monitor stock levels and forecast procurement needs
Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Min 2 years of relevant procurement experience prefer in heavy equipment industry and engineering industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
