Sales Manager - #1102950

 Responsibilities

·       Maintain and expand our present client base through marketing, sales calls, advertising, brochures and conferences for Explosion Proof , Electrical Heat Tracing System & Valves,  but not limiting to these         

·       Provide regular feedback & highlight potential project & client                                 

·       Identify projects, new customers and new business opportunities.                    

·       Develop product training, configuration and sales aids, as well as service and maintenance plans      

·       Work alongside with but local and overseas clients, contractors, EPC and End Use to achieve annual sales plan                                                                                           

·       Update & review product pricing and establish new products.                                     

·       Closely monitor & communication with the client to get update & success on the quotation on weekly basis                                                                                          

·       To obtain market information on status of upcoming projects, jobs awarded and clients references.     

·       Provides marketing and new business development support globally to sales personnel

·       Conduct market research to determine market competition and requirements for existing and future products                                                                                           

·       Achieving annual sales target                                                                                

·       Manage portfolio of customer & potential client                                                       

·       Proper handling of customer complaints and resolve, and provide ongoing customer service

·       To follow-up closely in monitoring the status and progress of tender submission.                                                                                                     

·       Lead, direct and motivate sales engineer in achieving the overall corporate sales objectives.                                                                                              

·       Execute & follow through the confirmed order process & client process.                              

·       Responsible to uphold all company policies and ensure that division facilities and equipment meet all federal, state, and OSHA regulations     

·       To register products as AVL in EM / Shell / Pfizer, but not limiting to these

• Knowledge in Oil and Gas industry

• Preferable knowledge in electrical & Instrumentation works and explosion proof electrical equipment  

·       Take up additional scope to expand company business growth                                                                                                                                                                    

Reports

·       Weekly report on project status, improvement.

·       Monthly report on Sales status, project status, sales value.
