Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles.

• Professional Experience: Ideally, 5 years of practical experience in specialist building works, but candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply if they have a passion for structural engineering.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAADPRO & AutoCAD

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with creative thinking to tackle complex engineering challenges.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with structural codes and regulations in Singapore, with a commitment to staying updated on industry standards.
