We’re looking for a reliable and resourceful Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. If you thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment and enjoy being the go-to person for getting things done, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage general administrative duties, such as handling mail, receiving deliveries, and filing documentation
Assist during maintenance or facility-related visits by accompanying contractors/vendors when needed
Provide front desk coverage in the absence of the receptionist
Maintain and update tracking tables in Excel (e.g., office expenses, headcount)
Support the team with basic PowerPoint presentations and reporting tasks
What You’ll Bring:
Prior experience in office administration or a similar support role
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, simple formulas) and PowerPoint
Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Flexibility to occasionally work adjusted hours to support facility operations
