Job Descriptions:

- Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system (SAP Business One）

- Count and verify cash sales

- Support preparation for accounting period closing

- Record and check all sales record and cash expenses

- Perform bank reconciliation and filing

- Prepare invoice, payment voucher, stock balance, sales summary etc

- Prepare Tenant Invoice

- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the management

Job Requirements:

- Preferably someone who have accounting experience working under F&B industry before

- Able to speak in English and Chinese (as need to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients)

- Minimum 2 years of experience

- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.

- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

- Salary ranging from $3000-$3800 (Depending on qualification and experience)

- Office located in Hillview area
