Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to take ownership of full-spectrum procurement activities with a focus on Facilities Management (FM). This role requires strong procurement acumen and the ability to manage sourcing, tendering, and supplier contracts independently. The successful candidate will support strategic procurement initiatives and ensure all processes are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, RFI/RFQ/RFP/tender exercises, evaluation, negotiations, and award of subcontractor agreements, in compliance with internal policies and governance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and validate Purchase Requisitions and convert approved Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Perform pricing analysis and drive cost optimization through competitive negotiations with vendors and service providers.
Ensure accurate 3-way matching of PO, Delivery Orders, and Invoices within TenderBoard or other procurement systems before payment processing.
Oversee supplier lifecycle management including onboarding, performance tracking, dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Provide guidance to suppliers on invoice submission and self-registration processes within procurement platforms such as TenderBoard.
Contribute to procurement strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance.
Support or lead procurement-related projects or ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Environmental Services, or the Healthcare sector.
Demonstrated experience in supplier management, sourcing strategy, and contract administration.
Strong knowledge of procurement policies, internal controls, and relevant statutory requirements.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and system processes.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with procurement platforms such as NetSuite and TenderBoard
