Assistant Warehouse – Fleet Management (CV Parts & Truck Tyres Department) - #1102852

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Fleet Management team, focusing on CV parts and truck tyres. The role involves receiving, organizing, and issuing vehicle parts while supporting the overall efficiency and cleanliness of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and issue Parts Material Requests (MRs) accurately and efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against delivery orders.

• Label, palletize, and organize warehouse inventory for easy retrieval and optimized storage.

• Assist with container unstuffing and manage inventory flow.

• Adhere to warehouse handling procedures and company standards.

• Perform regular stock takes under the supervision of the Team Leader.

• Maximize warehouse space utilization through effective layout and organization.

• Ensure safe and clean working conditions, complying with safety and housekeeping standards.

• Support daily warehouse operations and assist with other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or parts distribution environments preferred.

• Familiar with processes for receiving, binning, and issuing automotive parts.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.

• Possess forklift license and ability to operate safely.

• Willingness to work overtime (40+ hours/month) and on alternate Saturdays.

Additional Information:

• Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,500 (commensurate with experience)

• Location: Senoko Road

• Company Transport: Provided at 08:00 AM from Admiralty MRT (opposite Exit C) or take public bus 981 from Sembawang Station (bus stop B58219)

• Bonuses:

  • June Bonus: 2 months

  • December Bonus: 1 month

• Flexi Benefits: $700 annually

• Annual Leave: 14 days

• Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM

  • Alternate Saturdays (Group B): 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM

• Overtime: Payable (estimated 40+ hours/month)
