Site Supervisor – Construction - #1102828

Main Duties & Responsibilities

 ·      Organise and coordinate day-to-day work activities at project sites

·       Schedule tasks and manage workers' duty rosters

·       Supervise and lead a team of site workers

·       Monitor project progress and report updates to management

·       Carry out on-site rectification and support work when needed

·       Implement and maintain safety measures

·       Attend site meetings and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

·       Transport workers to and from job sites (company vehicle provided)

Requirement

 ·       ITE certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or other relevant engineering fields

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry

·       Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking site workers and contractors.

·       Prior experience supervising site workers preferred

·       Familiar with project scheduling and rostering

·       A strong team leader with good coordination and communication skills

·       Hands-on and willing to support operational work when necessary

·       Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (Able to drive lorry home)
