 Admin Assistant/ Officer

Contract Period:

Job Description:

  • Maintain and update production orders and invoices using SAP ERP System 

  • Verify production orders and invoices with supervisors 

  • Perform cost transfers for orders and invoices 

  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Able to commit 18 August'25 till 15 Oct'25, at least 4 days per week, 9-6pm

  • Candidate must possess at least a O/N-level certification

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Able to work independently, self-motivated.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
