Retail Trainer (Global Sports Brand) - #1102795

Leads all training activities, develops and conducts retail training programs, coaches staff, evaluates training effectiveness, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.

The Opportunity:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-6pm
• Up to SGD4000 (basic) with AWS and VB
• Permanent role

The Job :

• Responsible for managing the training function within the organization.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop action plans.
• To design and deliver both classroom and on-the-job training for retail staff and office teams.
• Mentor retail staff to achieve sales targets and company goals, oversee training effectiveness, and manage related administrative duties such as maintaining training records and resources.
• To continue improvement initiatives and take on any other tasks assigned by the company.

The Talent:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about training and customer service excellence.
• Results-driven with keen attention to detail.
• Relevant retail industry experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Energetic, motivated, and positive attitude.
• Skilled at engaging and motivating teams in their learning development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably holds ACTA or related training certifications.
• Willingness to travel overseas occasionally.
