岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities

1. 社媒内容策划 | Social Media Content Planning

根据品牌定位，制定 TikTok 和 Instagram 的内容策略，策划有趣、吸引力强的短视频与图文内容，提升品牌曝光与粉丝粘性。

Develop content strategies for TikTok and Instagram based on brand positioning. Plan engaging short videos and visual content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

2. 账号日常管理 | Account Management

负责 TikTok 和 Instagram 账号的日常运营、发布、互动管理，确保内容风格统一，维护良好品牌形象。

Oversee daily operations of TikTok and Instagram accounts, including content posting and audience interaction, ensuring consistent content quality and brand image.

3. 活动与话题策划 | Campaign & Trend Activation

跟进平台热点，策划挑战赛、话题互动、创意活动，结合品牌需求，提升粉丝参与度与账号活跃度。

Leverage trending topics to plan challenges, interactive topics, and creative campaigns to increase follower engagement and account activity.

4. 数据监控与分析 | Performance Tracking & Analysis

定期分析社媒数据，监测粉丝增长、互动率与内容表现，优化内容策略，推动账号持续增长。

Monitor social media performance through data analysis, track follower growth, engagement rates, and content effectiveness to optimise content strategies.

5. 团队协作 | Team Collaboration

与团队密切配合，共同完成内容策划、拍摄、剪辑等工作，确保输出高质量内容。

Work closely with team members to complete content planning, filming, and editing tasks, ensuring high-quality content output.

任职要求 | Job Requirements

1. 学历背景 | Education

大专或本科及以上学历，市场营销、传媒、广告、设计、电子商务等相关专业优先。

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Design, E-commerce, or related fields preferred.

2. 经验要求 | Experience

• 至少 1 年以上 TikTok、Instagram 实操经验，具备个人作品或项目案例优先。

• 有餐饮、食品、零售、快消品行业社媒经验者优先。

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts. Personal or project portfolios are preferred.

• Experience in F&B, FMCG, retail, or related industries is an advantage.

3. 内容与拍摄能力 | Content Creation & Filming Skills

• 必须具备影片拍摄与剪辑能力，能够独立完成短视频的制作。

• 熟悉短视频与社交媒体内容趋势，具备一定图片设计基础，创意强、执行力好。

• Proficient in video shooting and editing, capable of independently producing short-form videos.

• Familiar with short-form video and social media content trends, with basic graphic design knowledge and strong creativity.

4. 平台敏感度 | Platform Awareness

了解 TikTok、Instagram 平台规则及本地社群文化，能够结合热点快速产出内容。

Good understanding of TikTok and Instagram platform mechanics and local social media culture. Ability to produce content quickly based on trends.

5. 数据与优化 | Data Analysis & Optimisation

具备基本数据分析能力，能根据内容表现调整策略，提升粉丝增长与互动效果。

Basic data analysis skills to adjust content strategies based on performance and improve follower growth and engagement.

6. 团队协作 | Teamwork

良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，能够与团队成员高效配合，完成内容输出与日常工作。

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate efficiently with team members to deliver content and complete daily tasks.

加分项 | Preferred Qualifications

• 熟悉本地市场，具备新加坡本地餐饮或消费品牌社媒经验。

Understanding of the Singapore market with experience in local F&B or consumer brand social media marketing.

• 会使用短视频剪辑软件（如 CapCut、剪映）、基础平面设计软件。

Proficient in short video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and basic graphic design software.

• 具备双语能力（英文/华文），能产出本地化及多语种内容。

Bilingual in English and Mandarin with the ability to produce localised and multilingual content.
